Have you ever wondered what’s so special about Vietnamese food? It is because of the brilliant balance of sweet, sour, and salty. As a matter of fact, most Vietnamese cuisine brings a cool and warm feeling.

On the other hand, what makes Thai food different from others is that it features combined influences from Burma, Vietnam, and Malaysia. One of the reasons why Thai cuisines are popular around the world is because of their four key tastes. These are sweet, sour, bitter, and salty.

If you combine Vietnamese and Thai cuisine together, you get to enjoy a delicious but healthy and hearty meal. To give you an overview, here is a quick rundown of our menu:

Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls

It is a dish made with spring roll wrappers, ground chicken, oyster sauce, mushroom, and cabbage. It is also served with sweet hot sauce or ketchup.

Tom Yum Goong Soup

Tom Yum Goong Soup is actually a Thai-Chinese soup. It is usually made with coconut milk, soy sauce, lemongrass, evaporated milk, and coconut oil. If you are on a diet, you should definitely go with this dish because of its health benefits. In fact, it can help with improving one’s health.

Deep-Fried Calamari

It is a dish made with squid, buttermilk, marinara sauce, all-purpose flour, and garlic powder. It might not be obvious but it is loaded with nutrients. This dish is also served with sweet hot sauce or ketchup.

Thai Basil Spicy Noodle

It is a dish made with soy sauce, tofu, rice noodles, bok choy, basil, and vegan fish sauce. What’s interesting is that it is also referred to as Thai drunken noodles or Pad Kee Mao. You can also request if you want it spicy or not.
